Single-component Bonding and Sealing for the Solar Industry
Novagard Solutions offers a broad range of stable UV and moisture resistant bonding and sealing alternatives. Single-component, moisture-cure systems provide relatively simple and reliable processing. Our UV cured materials provide the fastest processing speeds available with no oxygen inhibition and no special requirements for material transport. All of these materials provide long-lasting protection and long-term weathering performance. Silicone sealants and adhesives provide the best environmental resistance of any material. Two-component Deep Section Potting and Encapsulating
Novagard Solutions provides a wide selection of two-component materials for potting and encapsulating applications. These are addition cure products, so there are no by-products eliminated during cure, which means minimal shrinkage and no corrosive out gassing. Optically clear, translucent or opaque products with out-standing durability and weather resistance these materials provide long-lasting protection.
